Disney World continued!

Day 2: Princess brunch and Magic Kingdom!
We arrived to the park around 9:30. Our first moment of stress was Lindsay forgetting her wallet with the tickets in it right when we got there! Luckily, the guest relations people made it work out so she would not miss the princess brunch. The girls went dressed in their princess dresses since we were going right to the brunch. Seeing that castle is just indescribable. It was as beautiful as ever. As we walked down Main Street the singers/dancers stopped right in front of us and sang and danced to "Walking Right Down the Middle of Main Street USA" which is a song on the girls' sing along videos. It was just perfect - tear up again from me.

From there we went to Cinderella's Castle and our invitation was literally called and bells chimed for us to attend. Cinderella greeted all of us and we walked through the castle to the dining room. I had never done this before either, so even I was in love with the details of this brunch. First, the waitress addressed us as "my lord," "my lady," and my mom was "queen mother!" Our drinks were in goblets and the chef even went over the menu with me personally because of Hannah's food allergies, verifying that all of her food was prepared correctly. The waitress gave the girls wands and Andy a sword. Bo wanted one, so she even gave Bo a sword! The food was the best - I had the most amazing french toast stuffed with cream cheese and chocolate. The princesses then circulated the room. Belle was just as sweet as ever - and even told Bo that he may need to borrow her beast when the girls get older to scare away boys! They also had the magic stars sparkle in this meal in the ceilings - the girls waved their wands and the boys their swords - music played the the kids were to close their eyes and make a wish. Then they all said, "Bippity, Boppity, Boo!"

showing Belle their new stuffed Belles!

 love this one!
 look at that hug!

After meeting all of the princesses we changed our clothes. Hannah said, "I'm ready to ride a ride!" So, we were off to tackle the heat and the lines! It was much more crowded than I expected. The lines were pretty long so we used our Fast Passes. Our first ride was Winnie the Pooh, then It's a Small World, Carousel, and Peter Pan's Flight.

Andy and Hannah heading towards the Carousel!

Andy had his first haircut at the Main Street Barber Shop. Steve also decided to get his hair trimmed up too! So, then the girls wanted their hair done and one of the lady's asked them if they wanted pixie dust - of course!! Again, it just shows how Disney will do anything to make you happy on the spot.

From here we  headed to lunch!

Hannah loved the chocolate cake!

Then, we caught the daytime parade. The girls were playing with some of the staff before the parade - they had hula hoops and parachutes to keep the kids entertained while waiting!

When the parade ended I noticed Hannah had a "wet" spot under her stroller. She had peed in her stroller from all of the excitement! Good thing I had an extra change of clothes! I think she didn't tell me she had to go because she knew she would miss some of the parade! Oh well! It was just one of those things I will not forget!

By this time, the heat and the crowds were beginning to get the best of us. We knew it was time to rest - definitely recommend splitting Magic Kingdom into two days, especially since we had the brunch. We knew we would be back tomorrow, so we headed back to the condo for nap time, which we ALL took advantage of!

After refreshing ourselves we decided to spend the evening at Downtown Disney. We ate at Rainforest Cafe and had a good dinner. The girls loved Lego Land and so we spent some time there to let them explore with legos and have some fun.

When we got back to the condo the girls wanted to take a bath in the jacuzzi tub like they did at the beach. Steve, Lindsay and Andy kept playing with Hannah in the tub and it was absolutely hilarious! (not sure why the video is so dark, but you can hear them playing and Hannah was just cracking up)
What a magical day!

Day 3 on the next post!!
