to school on Tuesday
Emma to school on Wednesday (Hannah's day off)
Last night we made all of our Valentine goody bags for family, school friends and dance friends. Then, we made Valentine cupcakes for my library monitors and for them of course. We didn't have church this week so we had a little extra time on Wednesday, which was good. Nana and Dadoo called the girls and they had them go on a scavenger hunt in our house for their Valentine cards - they really liked that.
Today they both had Valentine parties. My mom took on a huge project and did Valentine houses - like gingerbread houses at Christmas - with Emma's class, which of course Hannah got to join in on. They had lots of treats from in their classroom and got the cutest Valentine things I have seen in a long time.
Then, we had dance class and had Valentine treats for everyone there. We went through Chick Fil A and brought home food to mom, dad, Lindsay, Steve and Andy and then my parents gave their treats to all the grandkids. They got Hello Kitty wallets, Lala Loopsy Valentine characters, candy necklaces, Lala Loopsy magic pen and book, stompeez slippers, and other candy things. Hannah managed to sweet talk her Pop Pop into her having his Valentine balloon since Emma got one at her party and she didn't. It was so funny how she did it too - acting all sad and putting her head down, not asking for it, but making her Pop Pop feel bad enough for her that he would give her his - too funny. And it worked too.

Bo and I are saving our Valentine treats for them for the morning since he is on the way home right now - a day early for Hunter's Senior Night tomorrow.
They had a great day and they were so happy all day and this week has been so exciting for them. I am so grateful for all of the love around me, not only today but everyday.
