Last night was our annual family gingerbread night. We even had two "newbies" join this year as two of my cousins have "significant others" so they came too! We had a house full this year - mom, me, bo, emma, hannah, lindsay, andy, connie, brandon, sara, drew, hunter and girlfriend, courtney, whitney, joey, dawn, kelly, connor, buster, annette, pam, taylor, kelly and of course Mammie!!! The little kids got to decorate first and then we shift changed to the older kids. Mammie and I played the piano and the kids did some adorable singing and dancing. I think we all love this night the most because we actually get to spend time together. We have time to joke, laugh, talk, etc. As wonderful as Christmas is, it is so rushed and hectic that we don't have the time to relax and enjoy the company we are so lucky to have. We didn't leave mom and dad's until 10:15! The girls had a late night needless to say, but we had so much fun!
