Halloween

A little late - but we did have a fun Halloween! The girls had their fall festival at preschool that morning. They had their costume parade, parties, games, etc. It was nice that Bo could go with them. Then they carved their pumpkins before I got home from work. When I got home we quickly got dressed and then we headed to Ivor, where Mammie lives. We trick or treated in her neighborhood last year and her church is right in her neighborhood and they have games and dinner, so we decided to do that again - I mean, we have neighbors, but they are so spaced out that there is not much trick or treating where live now.

Jenny Lynne and her boys met us there since they are living in Ivor with her parents while Matthew is deployed. So, it was nice to have her there. The kids were all very excited about trick or treating. It was nice not having to carry anyone this year - not helping them up the stairs or carrying their bags. We just followed them around and we did have the wagon in case they wanted to ride. I drank my hot cider the whole time. They had lots of fun though!
